Hey Team, we are Trav and Sheree Willcox with our two kids, Cooper and Lotti, we would like to welcome you to CFTMA. Here is a little bit about us. We both grew up in the busy city of Melbourne, however found ourselves moving to sunny Townsville in 2015 where we had our two beautiful children. As a Military family we then got posted to Tasmania where we stayed for a couple of years.

In 2022 we moved to Albury/Wodonga and found this place to feel exactly like home straight away. We love the community that CFTMA brings, the support it offers and the love and passion of Fitness, Health and Wellness it caters for everyone. When you walk through the doors, we know it will make you feel the same way. We cant wait to see you in the gym soon.

Hi, my name is Trav. I have been involved in the Health and Fitness Industry from an early age mainly playing sports, boxing, AFL football, swimming and weight training. I was very passionate so I went on and gained my Certificate III and IV in Fitness and started working at Genesis Fitness Club before opening my own Personal Training facility "Willcox Gym".

I went on and gained my CFLV1 Cert and became Co-Owner of Crossfit Casey in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne. I took a step away from the fitness industry in 2014 where Sheree and I moved to Townsville for 6 years and I started a career in Carpentry. My wife, Sheree, two kids (Cooper and Lotti) and I moved to Hobart in 2020 and after a very cold 2 years our time was to move again and here we are in magnificent Wodonga. Since residing here the incredible coaching staff and welcoming members at Crossfit TMA certainly resparked that passion in me to get back into coaching. For me it’s about helping people get moving, becoming accountable for their own health and improving their quality of life mentally and physically inside the gym and out. What I love most about CTMA is I get to welcome and introduce new members to Crossfit first hand as they come through the door, I love nothing more than finding out people’s stories, watching them start their journey and becoming the fittest, strongest and happiest version they have ever been.

Sheree Willcox

Hey Team,
I'm Sheree, myself and my family (Trav, Cooper & Lotti) have recently moved to the area after spending two years in Antarctica (Tasmania) and six years in sunny Townsville. Yes you guessed it, we are a Military family. With the moving around we have experienced, it has brought us great opportunities to experience various Crossfit gyms and I can tell you CFTMA is something pretty special.

My favorite part of TMA is the people. It’s not just a gym! TMA is a place of health, for you physically and mentally, a place for you to leave work at the door and just enjoy moving your body whilst hanging out with friends and like-minded people.

So how can I help you? I have over 10years experience in Crossfit both at a competition level and a coaching role. My full time job requires me to train Military members in aspects of physical and mental resilience, strength and fitness. I have experienced training throughout two pregnancies and I am passionate about ensuring everyone moves well and moves often. I am an open book, and happy to answer any questions you have to pursue your goals. All you need to do is take a step through the door at CFTMA and you will feel what I’m talking about. Hey I'm Alex and my Husband Coach Scotty and I have been a part of CrossFit TMA since day 1!

I'm not the gymnast gal, and I don't love tech like Scotty does but I promise to be entertaining in my pursuit of conquering both!

I have lived in Albury my whole life and I plan to continue to raise my own family here in the region. Sport has always been a part of my life with Netball and Waterpolo being my major sports (which did not translate as well as I would have liked into being great at Wallballs… )

I have been doing CrossFit since 2016 and the community at CrossFit TMA is one of a kind. Everyone is welcoming, generous, encouraging and sincere. CrossFit is a rare sport where irrespective of your ability or fitness level, everyone is supported and celebrated equally. Your wins are my wins, the small wins and the big wins, and I can’t wait to share them with you!

Tammy Reiners

NUTRITION COACH

Hi, I'm Tammy. I moved back to the Border in 2013 after 7yrs travelling and working around Australia. We are originally from this area and thought it was time to come home. I love our 4 seasons, not to mention the variety of activities on offer no matter your interests!

I have lived and experienced both ends of the scales – literally – so I’m here to say I understand the struggles, the ups & downs people face with Bodyweight, Self Image and Self Doubt. Consistency and creating an environment to set you up for success is key.

After having our daughter in 2014, I found my passion for the industry grew as I experienced what our bodies are truly capable of. I was ready to make a change so I introduced new Healthy Habits with Nutrition and started Resistance training. I felt Strong and fit, and needed to learn more…

I dived deeper with Education and am now a Business Owner, PT and Nutrition Coach.

Prior to May 2021, my focus was on OCR (Obstacle course racing/Spartan), before Covid lockdowns started in 2020 and slowed me down a bit Mentally & Physically, as it did for many people!!

I hadn’t tried Crossfit, so I decided to step out of my comfort zone and through the doors of Crossfit TMA. I was Terrified, but intrigued.
Fast forward 12months and you can see, I happily stayed. I finally found a crazy bunch of people that are now my Fitness Family. I was drawn in by the amazing Coaches and Equally amazing community that completed the whole package. I love that there is NO Judgement, regardless of Gender, Experience or Ability.

My objective as a PT and Nutrition Coach is exactly what TMA represents, and I am so proud to work alongside a great Team of humans.
I want our kids to grow up in a world that respects each other and believe all are equal. No more comparisons – just be proud, work hard and create the best version of YOU.

Myself and the Coaches at TMA are here to create Positive Mindsets, focus your efforts on Feeling good, guide and educate you to Perform well not just inside the Gym, but through day to day demands of Life away from the Gym.

Hi! I’m Scott. Growing up in Albury Wodonga, I went to school and University here and have been a part of this community my whole life. I grew up playing sports such as swimming, hockey and water polo, I even was a part of the Albury City Band for several years. I currently work locally at RSM Australia as a Business Analyst.

CrossFit is special to me because it is a community of like minded people who support you to be better and become better. This community has created some of mine and my wife’s closest friends. I want to be able to provide the same community and support to countless others in this amazing region.
I can’t wait to see you down at CFTMA soon and be a part of something special!

Hi, my name is Zak and I live in the border community of Albury Wodonga. I grew up in North Queensland, so a little far from the warmth here haha… and I am one of the Co-Owners and Coaches here at CrossFit TMA. I sought out CrossFit after discharging from the Military as a way to find a new community for myself when I moved here to my wife’s home town.

CrossFit is so fantastic to me because of that, the community!
We all come to the gym for shared goals within these amazing workouts but we stay after class, on weekends, and get together whenever we can because we are like a second family for each other. It’s quite special.
The only other place I’ve ever found that is in the Military. It was very important to me to grow that community here on the Border, to share the same experience of broad, general, inclusiveness with as many other people as I could manage.

Hi I'm Leah. I've been a coach & trainer for 6 years and have loved every minute! My family & I moved back to Wodonga in January 2020 after spending nearly 7 years in Darwin. I found CFTMA soon after arriving back and haven't looked back since!!! 1 hold a cert 3 & 4 in fitness, CrossFit Level 2 , Kettlebell Bell Principles Level 1, Kettlebell Supremacy Level 2 & as well as attending the AWF Level 1 program.

Along with my fitness qualifications I also hold a Bachelor Degree in Community Development & Welfare.
Helping people realise their potential is the best thing I get to do. The sheer joy people express when they master a new skill or achieve a level of fitness they previously thought was out of reach is the simply one of life’s greatest gifts and I get to share that with our members daily! I look forward to every early morning and late night with our CFTMA Family!!

Hi I'm Molly and I am locally born and bred in the Albury Wodonga community. I have played sports such as netball, cricket and dancing here since I was a little kid and have always loved being active.

I have my Cert 3 in Fitness, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine.

Post high school I never knew exactly what I wanted to do in terms of careers but I knew I loved exercise and helping others reach their goals.

I found CrossFit when I was on student exchange in France and then as soon as I came home I couldn’t wait to be able to find a CrossFit gym and this led me to finding TMA. I have learnt so much about not only myself but how to move well and look after my body for wellness as I grow older.

I love what CrossFit has to offer as a sport but also the community. The TMA community is a family like no other. They get around one another not only throughout each workout but outside of the gym which is something I am so blessed to be a part of.

Hi I'm Al! I've lived in Albury my whole life. I have a beautiful wife Tiarn and a dinosaur loving daughter Milla. Growing up I dabbled in nearly every sport but found a strong love for soccer and softball. Later on I took up running after waaaay to many injuries playing soccer. Eventually I found CrossFit and I have never looked back since.

It offers a stimulus that no other sport can compare to. I have never found a community that offers what TMA offers. It genuinely feels like one big family. My goal as a coach is to not only help people with their fitness goals but to make it as fun as it can be with smiles on their faces.

Hey there - I'm Nick and I started CrossFit in 2019 after watching the fittest on earth documentary then eating well over a kg of nachos and thinking to myself, I need to change. I've never looked back.

I've ran Marathons, adventure races and also dabble in stand-up comedy, because my heart rate doesn't spike enough during exercise, this certainly does the job.

I love being able to help people achieve things well beyond their perceived capabilities whilst having a good laugh along the way.
